If you wish to repair your luggage outside of warranty we also offer minor and moderate repairs for brands like Delsey, Travelpro, Tumi, Victorinox, Rimowa, Eagle Creek, Antler, among others, provided that original manufacturer parts are not required and we have compatible components available for your luggage.

Repair Services

Zipper Repair
We repair common zipper issues such as stuck zippers, missing zipper pulls, separated zippers, and minor alignment problems to help restore smooth function and secure closure.

Tear and Patch Services
We fix rips and tears to enhance the longevity of your luggage.

Wheels, Handle and Corner Guard Repairs
We address issues with wheels and handles, such as missing rivets or screws, as well as replacements using compatible parts when suitable components are available and original manufacturer parts are not required.

Please note that quotes can only be provided after an in-person inspection, and any pricing shared via email or phone is an estimate only.

In-Store Repair Requests

You are welcome to bring your product in person to the location below for assessment.

Please note that repair services or availability of replacement parts cannot be guaranteed and will only be confirmed after inspection.

Rush Fee: If you require a rush service, an additional fee applies for on-the-spot repair, and this is subject to technician availability and confirmation that the repair can be completed.

Online Repair Requests

Alternatively, if you prefer, you may email the following information to service@luggagecity.ca, and we will be happy to assist you:

1. A brief description of the damage to your item

2. The product size, colour and name (if known)

3. Multiple photos of the item, including front, back, and a close-up of the damaged area
   

Once we receive the above details, our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

While we typically aim to respond within 48–72 hours, please note that response times may be longer due to a high volume of inquiries.
